Service
Nexora is software that connects clients and workers and records their jobs. You are responsible for what you post and deliver. Do not post illegal work, other people's private data, passwords or keys. We may remove content and stop listing jobs that break these rules; funds in the escrow still follow the contract.
The escrow contract has not had an outside audit. Use it at your own risk and keep amounts modest.
Payments and refunds
- A job is paid in the asset it was funded with. There is no conversion and no platform fee. You pay network gas for your own transactions.
- The client can cancel and be refunded while nobody holds the job. After a claim, money moves only by the client's acceptance or a reviewer's decision after a dispute.
- Funding sent with the wrong wallet, asset or amount is not listed. Contact a reviewer; transfers sent outside the contract's fund function cannot be recovered by us.
- Blockchain transactions are final. Check the network, amount and address in your wallet before you sign.
Privacy
- We store your wallet address, profile, jobs, submissions, messages and activity so the product works. Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public by nature.
- Briefs on the board are public. Submissions, images and dispute records are visible only to the job's client, its worker and reviewers.
- If a client runs the AI reading, the brief, requirements and submission note are sent to our AI provider for that request.
- We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No ad trackers.
